Stewart was appointed as Interim Chair in March 2016.
He is a strategic management consultant and visiting Professor in Accounting and Finance at Strathclyde Business School.
He has an excellent record of professional success, including significant experience as an Executive and Non-Executive Director in complex organisations. He was formally the Chief Executive of the European Payments Council and of the Irish Payments Services Organisation Ltd. He holds a BA (Economics) degree and a Master of Business studies degree in Strategic Management, with First Class Honours, and is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and the Chartered Management Institute.

Marcella has been a member since 1 August 2017.
She has held senior executive positions in the public, private and third sectors. She started her career in economic development before a move to the private sector where, for over 10 years, she worked as Client Services Directors with a NASDAQ listed talent management company. She is now an independent Change and Business Development Director working with public and not for profit organisations.
She has also served as a Trustee with ENABLE Scotland, Scotland’s national learning disability charity. Marcella is a graduate of Strathclyde University and holds BA and MSc degrees.

Karen has been a member since 1 August 2017.
She has recently moved into freelance consultancy specialising in financial management, organisational governance and programme assurance. From 2012 to 2015 she was Head of Corporate Programmes at the City of Edinburgh Council, responsible for overseeing a diverse range of major projects. Prior to this she was Head of Financial Services and also spent time as Treasurer to the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo and Forth Road Bridge.
Karen is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, serving as Scottish Chair in 2008-2009, and is currently a member of the Institute Council. She also serves on the Board of the City of Glasgow College, where she is Chair of the Finance and Physical Resources Committee
Phil has been a member since 1 October 2011.
He has completed over 30 years of service with the Royal Air Force (RAF), where he started his professional training as a Fighter Controller. He has undertaken a wide variety of demanding command duties including acting as the Chief Executive and Station Commander of a vital defence capability and has also seen service in both Afghanistan and Iraq. Phil has more recently served in a number of influential posts within the Ministry of Defence and UK government, developing strategies to deliver a wide range of long term initiatives and structures.

Kay has been a member since 1 October 2011.
She is an accomplished senior executive and pension trustee with over 20 years experience working in large international, complex, fast moving and customer-focussed organisations. She is currently in the role of Human Resources Director UK and Ireland at Hilton Worldwide. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
Kay’s expertise in dealing with organisational change as well as the human resource side of new hotel openings, acquisitions and conversions is complemented by a strong track record in people management.

Mark has been a member since 1 October 2011.
He is a Consultant Physician and Nephrologist at University Hospital Crosshouse, and Associate Medical Director for the Division of Surgery in NHS Ayrshire and Arran. He is an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at Glasgow University, with research interests in the epidemiology of chronic kidney disease. He is a Health Foundation GenerationQ fellow focussed on quality improvement, leadership, and approaches to improve patient-centredness. His main clinical interest is chronic kidney disease. H
He was previously a Senior Medical Officer in the Scottish Government Health Directorates, advising on the implementation of medical appraisal and revalidation.
